“Christmas Gift Concert” at Hope Lutheran Church

We will be performing for this event at our alternate rehearsal site, Hope Lutheran Church, 1975 Old Highway 94 S, St. Charles, MO (off of Pralle Road, West of Highway 94). Bring stands, and stand lamps if you have them.

Family and Friends Christmas Concert

We will be performing our annual Family and Friends Christmas Concert at Harvest Ridge Elementary School, 1220 Harvest Ridge Drive, St. Charles, MO (off of Pralle Road, East of Highway 94). The concert will be held in the gymnasium.
Keep in mind alternative attire that you may want to wear: festive headgear (i.e. Santa hat, reindeer antlers, snowman headband...) as well as scarves and hats to keep with the winter theme.
And remember...
Instruments like costumes too!
See you at the concert!
Remember to bring a fingerfood for afterwards!

Concert at The Villages at Mackenzie Place

We will be performing at the Villages at Mackenzie Place, 8520 Mackenzie Road, St. Louis, MO 63123. We will be playing indoors, in the community center (building). We do not need to bring chairs, but will need to bring stands. Players who need armless chairs should bring their own chair/seat. Carpooling encouraged.

Thank You Performance at Harvest Ridge Elementary School

We will perform our annual Thank You concert our rehearsal location, Harvest Ridge Elementary School, 1220 Harvest Ridge Drive, St. Charles, MO (off of Pralle Road, East of Highway 94) for their assembly just before the winter break. If you arrive before 9:05, you will need to park in the parking lot or on the street. If you arrive after 9:05, you may park in the bus lanes. We expect to play for about 40 minutes.
- Play time is 9:30 a.m. on stage in the multipurpose room of Harvest Ridge Elementary. Cases and coats can be left on the ramp.
- No parking is available to us behind the school, during the day.
- Bring a stand.
- Dress code is light blue shirts, festive, or whatever you’ll be wearing to go to work. Don’t stay away if you don’t have the light blue shirt wardrobe! We’d rather have you play with us for this gig.
- Your flexibility is appreciated whether the conductor needs to adjust the play order or if we need to insert chairs for HRE adults to sit in with us. (We have had some join us in the past.)
