This page contains links to several of the governing documents and various useful forms for members of the After Hours Community Band.

The Policy Manual was written to encapsulate the activites needed to run the organization in an easy to update form. The Bylaws, which are the official governing document of the AHCB, are included as an appendix. Please note that the page numbers do not properly appear in this document, but the links from the table of contents do work.

Special Note on Change to Bylaws

The following change was approved by a vote of the Band on November 20, 2001.

Article III, Section 3 (change is underlined)
APPROVED: The Executive Committee shall authorize all money expenditures; all expenditures exceeding $500 require approval by a simple majority of the Band membership.
PREVIOUS: The Executive Committee shall authorize all money expenditures; all expenditures exceeding $200 require approval by a simple majority of the Band membership.
