Concert for Community Helping Ministry at Temple Christian Fellowship

We will be performing at Temple Christian Fellowship church, 11625 Old Saint Charles Road, Bridgeton, MO. Concert will be outdoors, bring stands and chairs. In case of rain/extreme heat, the backup plan is to move into the sanctuary. BBQ available at 6 PM.

We will be rehearsing at First United Methodist Church, 801 First Capitol Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301. Please bring music stands, and stand lights are suggested.
Two ways to enter the church property, to access parking behind the building:- - A drive is located between the church and Miss Aimee B’s Tea Room & Gallery
- - The other option is to turn on to Eighth Street
- - Both of these entrances have signs, so take either. At least one mapping programs will direct you to access the property via Eighth Street.
For those who need to bring in large equipment, the best option is to unload at the door to the church off Eighth Street. Curbside parking is scarce by this door, so plan to unload and then park in the parking lot.
The church is locked and secured in the evenings, so one of us will need to be at a door to open it for you. Once you’re in the parking lot, there are two possible entrances to consider. 1 -The most prominent is a short flight of stairs with a set of glass doors at the top. 2 –The other entry option is a ramp, against the building, situated to the left of the prominent stairs. Once you’re in the building, the way to our rehearsal spot – the Multipurpose Room – is located easily after a short walk and a couple of left turns. We plan to have signs and band volunteers to make it easy to land in the right place. We will also let you know the locations of the nearest drinking fountains and rest rooms.
Thanks to the early crew, we will have this running as smoothly as possible.
Bring your stand, if you have a stand lamp, you may want to bring one. The lighting just may not be as bright as what you’re accustomed to in other locations we rehearse and play.

Cancelled - Performance at Whitegate Villas - Cancelled

Performance will be rescheduled for July 3. We will be performing outdoors on Coppergate Court near Arborgate Drive in Whitegate Villas, St. Peters, MO 63376 (Ernie & Mary Jo's place). We will park on Arborgate and there is a walkway to Coppergate. Bring stands and chair, we should not need stand lights.

Pre-fireworks Performance at Missouri Veterans’ Home

Note: We are playing earlier this year at the request of the Veterans. All still applies, but it will be a longer wait if you hang around for the fireworks.
We will be playing prior to the fireworks performance at the Missouri Veterans’ Home in North St. Louis County. The plan is to play outdoors but we will move indoors if the weather is bad. Proceeds will go towards Veterans’ Home programs. We will play for about an hour, and you will need to bring stands. Patriotic dress. Stay afterward and see the fireworks!
