Performance at Memorial Day Service

We will be performing at the Memorial Day Service at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay, Saint Charles, MO. We will be performing before and after the ceremony (the ceremony is at 2:00 PM), in addition to "Armed Forces Salute" during the ceremony.We will be playing under then band tent west of the main tent. In th event of rain, we'd expect to meove to the porch on the side of the momorial center building.This performance is a Memorial Day tradition for us. Blue tops preferred; dress respectfully and for the weather (long pants or shorts as appropriate). Bring stands.
Performance info:
- Show up by 1:30 or earlier (as per conductors request)
- Perform pre-event music 15-20 minutes prior to the 2:00 p.m. service
- Perform Armed Forces Salute within the service
- Perform post-event music immediately following the service
- (We also supply echo taps, but René will get that lined up)

West of I-270Exit 17 from I-270, proceed west on Dorsett Road, about three miles
Turn right at Dorsett and McKelvey intersection and then left into Dorsett Village PlazaOr proceed through intersection and turn right into Dorsett Village Plaza and drive through the parking lot, past Schnucks.
Orlando Gardens is situated to the north of Schnucks, in the same plaza.
