Annual Meeting - Online

We will be holding the Band's Annual Meeting via Zoom and plan to record it for later playback. You will receive the login link for the Zoom meeting via e-mail prior to the meeting.
We will not be meeting at First United Methodist Church this evening.
As last year, the vote on the budget will be done via online survey. The survey will be open for a period of time after the meeting to allow everyone to vote.

We will be rehearsing at alternate rehearsal site First United Methodist Church, 801 First Capitol Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301. Please bring music stands, and stand lights are suggested due to the lighting in the rehearsal area. This is an indoor rehearsal. Click here for current AHCB indoor rehearsal guidelines during COVID.
